OneproD MVX is the outcome of the experience acquired by 01dB-Metravib for many years in the online monitoring of industrial machines in all domains. This system is optimized to perform cost-effective and relevant monitoring of machines while taking into account their actual operating conditions.

OneproD-MV6 : Proteção Programavél

OneproD-MV6 is a multi-channel vibration monitoring system that allows the user to combine two monitoring methods according to the importance of individual machines to the production process : Real-time monitoring system for strategic machines, Sequential monitoring system for less important or non strategic machines.

Designed for all types of machines using fluid film bearing or rolling element bearings, OneproD-MV6 monitors accelerometers and proximity probes. It also manages the operating conditions of the machines and adapts the monitoring to operating state (steady or transient).

Industry-sized at 19'', 6U, OneproD-MV6 is designed in accordance with the main recommendations of the relevant ISO and API standards. Upgradable for trend monitoring and on-line diagnosis, OneproD-MV6 meets all the requirements of a system designed for protection and conditional maintenance of your rotating machines.

OneproD-VM5 : Proteção API modular

OneproD-VM5 Series Monitors are designed in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 670 for use on rotation machinery.

The 8-slot and 10-slot Rack Mounting types, and the Single Unit type with a built-in power supply, are available so that these Monitors can flexibly respond to any system design from medium and small scale rotating machinery to TSI (Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation) for generator purpose large turbines.

In addition, the designs are user-friendly so that all operations and checks can be performed from the Monitor fronts without stopping operation.

They also include all functions necessary for monitoring various variables of rotating machinery from displacement and vibration to zero-speed, thereby enabling any system design corresponding to the machinery type and scale.

OneproD-VM16 : Proteção 4 a 12 canais

OneproD-VM16 is an 4, 8 or 12 channels vibration monitor that realizes a high cost performance of monitoring system for general purpose machinery. It has a backlight colour LCD display to indicate all information (Measured values, bar graphs, trend data, alarm status etc.), witch is also a touch panel.

OneproD-VM16 provides three Danger, Alert and Not-OK relay contact output groups with an OR logic in each group, and a 4 to 20 mA recorder output for each channel.

To implement a memory card option, VM-15 can store the trend data with a removable memory card (Compact-FlashTM).
