dBFA - Liste de módulos

Transducer data base

The live memory of your transducers and calibrators. This module allows you to save all the information in one place and to track the sensitivity in one table

Recorder mode

This module is very easy to use to record quickly direct-to-disk time domain signal, monitoring FFT and 1/3 octave with the good information in real-time to ensure the quality of the data and a successful test. It supports different sampling rate and allows you to configure sophisticated triggers to optimize the amount of recorded data.

Real time analyser mode

This module allows you to perform real-time analysis : FFT (Gxx – Gxy up to 12800 lines), FRF (H1, H2, 1/H1, 1/H2) – Coh, 1/nth octave (up to 1/48th), RPM, statistics, order analysis (Order Analysis Option), Analysis vs. time or vs. RPM (multispectra, ...). The results are stored with or without the time domain signal. A fully customizable display : screen pages, 2D and 3D graphs, superimposition mode, XY plot, ...

Rotating machines

dBFA suite is designed to help to analyse noise and vibration phenomenon on rotating machines with some dedicated tools : tachometric acquisition and real time RPM profile calculation directly on raw tacho signal, Order analysis and order tracking during run-ups and coast downs, order extraction, cycle defaults, order filtering, ...

Transient / Impact Testing

  • A dedicated module for transient phenomenon and structural analysis.
  • Ideal to study transient noises or impulses (shocks, sparks, gun shots, ...) with the capability to customize signal windowing and filtering.
  • Ideal for impact testing (hammer testing), with a smart management of the acquisition geometry (excitation and response location on the tested structure) necessary for modal analysis processing (export UFF58, Me'Scope, ...)

Sound intensity and ISO 9614

This module allows you to perform real-time analysis of sound pressure and sound intensity 1/1 and 1/3 octave simultaneously) yielding auto spectra, crossspectra, coherence, active (Li), reactive (Lj) and freefield (SIL) sound intensity outputs.

  • Narrow-band analysis of sound pressure and sound intensity (active and reactive),
  • Sound mapping,
  • Correction for phase difference and convolution effects,
  • Remote control for measuring probe,
  • Robot control for automated operation (option),
  • Full integration of ISO 9614 parts 1 & 2 into sound power

Post-processing mode

The suitable toolbox to analyse your data :

  • Narrow-band FFT (up to 12801 lines) and broad-band averaged autospectra and multi-spectra (down to 1/48th octave)
  • Low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-stop and notch filtering
  • Under-sampling, re-sampling, weightings and windowing, on signal data
  • Play-back of signal
  • Frequency re-composition in broad bands, time recomposition in steps
  • Time and Frequency integration/derivation
  • Cross-spectra, FRF's (H1, H2, 1/H1 and 1/H2) and coherence
  • Bode, Nyquist, Nichols displays.
  • Sliding and global statistics on signals (RMS, Max., Min., Standard deviation,...)
  • Single and double cursors, harmonic and sideband cursors,
  • MultiMax and Max searching cursors
  • Arithmetics on signals and spectra: addition, subtraction, and averaging A lot of import and export capabilties are available : UFF58, Wave, nCODE, Matlab™, Digital format, from SONY,TEAC, HEIM, ASCII, ME'Scope™, Matlab™, mp3, Lexade,...

Some advanced modules are also included in the Post-processing module :

  • Human Vibrations calculations according to ISO8041, ISO 2631 1&2, ISO 5349 and BS6841 standards, Wd, Wk, Wh, ... weighting on vibration signals, VDV time history, ...
  • Time-frequency analysis : WignerVille, Wavelets, Capon, ...

RT Automation

Optimize your test time chaining analysis with time conditions and capacity to insert user confirmation or extern programs between to steps.

Automatic Reporting

Generate your own report automatically in Microsoft WordTM document after your real-time analysis or from the post-processing module. The document is fully customisable.
